Welcoming New Patients at Westenhaver Chiropractic, in Edmonds Washington.

Movement has always been a cornerstone of my life. From starting martial arts at the age of four to competing on a state championship volleyball team in high school, I have long understood the transformative power of physical activity.

My passion for movement took me to New York City after graduation, where I immersed myself in the world of professional dance, training in classical ballet, modern, contemporary, and hip hop. During my time as a dancer, I witnessed firsthand the toll that physical demands can take on the body and mind.

This realization inspired me to explore yoga, where I experienced its profound healing effects. Earning my 500-hour certification through Yogaworks allowed me to deepen my knowledge of alignment and functional movement, and it was here that my philosophy of holistic wellness began to take shape.

Fueled by a desire to help others optimize their health, I returned to school to pursue a career in chiropractic care. Over eight years of rigorous education, I blended my movement-based background with the science of chiropractic medicine to create a comprehensive approach to health and healing.

Today, as a licensed chiropractor, I bring this integrative perspective to my practice at Westenhaver Chiropractic. I am committed to meeting each patient where they are on their wellness journey, helping them connect with their bodies, restore balance, and achieve their optimal state of health.
