Join Dr. Webb (500 hours, YogaWorks Certified) for a unique monthly class that blends his lifelong exploration of movement—spanning martial arts, sports, hip hop, ballet, modern dance, yoga, and chiropractic medicine—into a dynamic and accessible practice.

As a chiropractor, Dr. Webb understands the importance of movement for lifelong health, but he also misses the creative space of a yoga studio. This class is his way of bridging the gap, offering practical movement maintenance strategies to help you stay mobile, strong, and injury-free.

Each 90-minute session begins with foundational principles rooted in Dr. Webb’s expertise, followed by a responsive yoga sequence tailored to the needs of the group.

Whether you're working with injuries, restrictions, or simply looking to move more mindfully, this class provides a supportive space to explore and restore.
